The Team

Joseph Prio joined the Wolfe Retail Group of Marcus & Millichap in the Summer of 2019. Joseph specializes in the sale of single-tenant net leased properties and shopping centers throughout South Florida, focusing on the Palm Beach County area. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, Joseph worked in Property Management and Residential Sales. While at the State University of Oneonta, Joseph enjoyed mountain biking and snowboarding, after graduating he moved to South Florida where he received his Master’s Degree in Biological Science focusing on Circular Statistics.

Joseph is originally from Queens, New York where he still visits frequently. In his free time, Joseph enjoys an active South Florida lifestyle of snorkeling and hiking, along with spending time with his wife and family.
