There is no doubt that you and your team have been strong partners in assisting us with some of our sale-leaseback deals.

Your team very carefully listened and reviewed each of our deals before taking them to market. You definitely did not take a “one size fits all” approach and worked with us to carefully craft the best long-term lease and deal structure for my company. Once we analyzed multiple options, you crafted a detailed marketing process and plan that resulted in the successful sale of multiple of our Panera Bread locations.

I know there are plenty of brokers out there doing sale-leasebacks for franchisees, but very few of them take the time and effort to understand the business plan and desires of the seller/tenant-you are the rare exception.

As an aside, my legal team very much appreciated the way you stayed actively involved in the deals from contract to closing. Most brokers disappear once a deal goes to contract, but you use your significant legal background as a chance to distinguish yourself by being intimately involved throughout the process to help ensure a successful closing-something I can really appreciate as a former attorney!
