Like most shopping center deals, there are always challenges involved in a successful sale. I appreciated the way you assembled the best team of agents to assist with the sale.
While your marketing resulted in several offers for the plaza, I was most impressed by how you worked together with the eventual purchaser and I to craft a deal that worked very well for both buyer and seller. Very few brokers would take the time and effort to craft a bit of a non-traditional deal that was very beneficial to all parties involved.
