I had a good offer to sell my original property, but was agonizing whether to accept the offer, because the second part of 1031 exchange involves finding and negotiating a purchase of a replacement property, within very tight IRS time constraints. My agent Todd Everett then introduced me to Alan, who assured me that finding a replacement property was his specialty and that I should relax and give him my criteria. I did and signed an exclusive buy-side representation agreement with Alan and the Wolfe Retail Group.
In a short time they were able to find a suitable property and negotiated a great price and terms for me. The exchange was completed a couple weeks ago and all I can say is that it was an absolute pleasure working with Alan and his team, who are very knowledgeable, always available and professional to work with.
