Though there were multiple offers on the property, I felt we were treated fairly during the offer-making phase of the transaction. After our offer was selected, I know you worked diligently with both sides to quickly achieve a signed contract.
Your involvement during the due diligence process was extremely helpful. Anytime I mentioned a document or piece of information that we needed, you made sure we promptly got exactly what we asked for. Your introduction of a qualified mortgage broker to us was also a critical component of reaching a successful closing. Though you were working with both the buyer and seller in this transaction, I always felt you worked diligently and honestly with all parties involved in an effort to achieve the result that all parties desired.
In my many years in the real estate business, I have come across very few brokers that are as detailed and qualified as yourself. Given how difficult transactions are in the current environment, it was a true pleasure to work with you on this acquisition. I know this purchase would have been far more challenging and difficult were you not involved.
