In one day, you accomplished something the other brokers failed to achieve over the previous twelve months.
After you had thoroughly vetted the prospective buyer, I decided to proceed to contract in hopes of finally reaching a successful sale. Throughout the due diligence and closing process, you stayed in constant contact with the buyer and their broker and kept both myself and my attorney up-to-date. As issues arose, you offered outstanding suggestions and insights that helped us to ultimately reach the end zone with a successful sale.
Even a few months after the closing, I am still amazed at the road traveled and your ability to successfully sell my property. Both you and the Marcus & Millichap platform worked even better than you had “advertised” when we discussed your marketing my property. I can assure you that when the time comes to sell my next property, I will be contacting you the first time!
