The Team

Matthew Hausman joined the Wolfe Retail Group of Marcus & Millichap in the Fall of 2020. Matthew specializes in the sale of single-tenant net leased properties and shopping centers throughout South Florida. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, Matthew held multiple commercial real estate internships throughout college. 

In his free time, Matthew enjoys golfing and cheering on his Florida Gators.
