The Team

Evan Whelan joined the Wolfe Retail Group of Marcus & Millichap in Summer 2016. Evan specializes in the sale of single-tenant net leased properties and shopping centers throughout South Florida. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Evan was with Nestler Poletto Sotheby’s International Realty and was a luxury residential top producer for four years. Evan has been with various commercial and residential real estate firms, and has been practicing real estate since 2004. 

Evan is originally from Philadelphia and has lived in South Florida for nearly 20 years. In his free time he enjoys playing ice hockey and golfing.
